Ilayaraja is on a cloud nine after receiving the Film Fare award for best music director in Malayalam for his excellent score in Mohanlal starrer Rasathantram.
Directed by Sathyan Anthikad, the movie was an offbeat entertainer with Ilayaraja's music playing a major part.
Says Raja, 'All credit should be given to Sathyan. He is a talented director, who knows what to get from his men. His passion for music is exceptional and motivates his music-composers to come out with their best'.
